4 – Red FrogBeach, Hospital Point and BastimentosVillage

We meet early in the morning after breakfast. Our departure point is one of the small harbors located just of the main street of Colon. After meeting with the guide we start our journey. First, we will go to BastimentosIsland and walk through the forest until red FrogBeach. After spending time on the beach or looking for the poisonous dart frogs that live here, we will head back to the boats. Our last stop is PuntaHospital or Hospital Point. These spot is among the best dive sites in the world. After snorkeling, we will visit the little village of Bastimentos, which consists of a short street, a few houses, a beautiful beach and some self – guided trails. Return to the Island and back to the hotel.
