3- Crawl Key, Red Frog Beach and Hospital Point

We meet early in the morning after breakfast. Our departure point is one of the small harbors located just of the main street of Colon. After meeting with the guide we start our journey. Today we will first visit the DolphinBay, located near CristobalIsland. There is a large population of dolphins that inhabit these calm waters. After, we will head towards Crawl Key or Cayo Coral. After snorkeling in pristine water, among a large coral reef and lots of marine animals, we will go to BastimentosIsland and walk through the forest until red FrogBeach. After spending time on the beach or looking for the poisonous dart frogs that live here, we will head back to the boats. Our last stop is PuntaHospital or Hospital Point. These spot is among the best dive sites in the world. Here you can discover a large area of corals, especially the soft coral. Return to the Island and back to the hotel.
